2 hour minimum for all rental rates
Weekdays: $60 per hour
Evening (6PM or after): $75 per hour
Weekend: $115 per hour
Lodge facilitator/bartender: additional $25 per hour
$500 security deposit is required at booking.
Cleaning costs will be deducted from security deposit.
$100 cleaning fee for events with 50 or more attendees.
Renters will arrange for liability insurance and, if needed, ABC liquor license.
